   Failure to pay for services may result in the suspension or termination of your account and deletion of your data.

5. Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

Certain services may include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may receive a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for domain registrations, SSL certificates, or customized services.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We provide a 99.9% network uptime guarantee. In the event of significant downtime, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
