1. Prohibited Uses:

  2. No Unauthorized System Access or Network Abuse

    Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or network is strictly prohibited. This includes port scanning, DDoS attacks, or any activity meant to disrupt or compromise security.

  3. No Adult Content

    The hosting of adult oriented content is restricted on certain plans. Please ensure your content complies with local and international laws regarding digital media.

  4. No Storage of Backups

    Our hosting accounts are not to be used as a primary storage or backup facility for files not directly related to your website. We reserve the right to remove such files.

2. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

  1. No Unsolicited Commercial Email

    Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be used for spamming will be suspended or terminated immediately without notice.

  2. Mailing Lists

    All mailing lists must be double opt-in. You must be able to provide proof of consent for every recipient on your list upon request.

3. Defamation and Objectionable Content

You may not use our services to host content that is defamatory, harassing, or promotes hate speech against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.

4. Enforcement

  1. Resellers

    Resellers are responsible for the activities of their clients and must ensure they comply with this AUP. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of the reseller account.

  2. Direct customers.

    Any violation of this policy by a direct customer will result in immediate action, which may include warnings, suspension, or termination of service without refund.

  3. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and to take appropriate action as we see fit to protect our network and our customers.

  4. If you encounter any abuse or violation of this policy, please report it to our abuse team immediately.

Infringement Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Infringement Policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright and intellectual property violations.

Counter Notice Procedure For Customers

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our legal department. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the Material

    A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared.

  2. Contact Information

    Your name, address, telephone number, and email address for communication regarding the notice.

  3. Statement under Penalty of Perjury

    A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Consent to Jurisdiction

    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Backup Policy

While we perform regular backups for server maintenance and disaster recovery, customers are primarily responsible for maintaining their own backups of their website data and configurations.

We provide various tools and automated backup services that can be used to secure your data. Please ensure you have a robust backup strategy in place.

  1. Regular Backups

    It is recommended that you perform weekly or daily backups of your files and databases depending on how frequently your content changes.

  2. Off-site Storage

    Store your backups in a secure, off-site location to ensure data safety in case of local server issues.

  3. Verification

    Periodically verify your backups to ensure they can be restored successfully when needed.

  4. Account Termination

    Upon account termination, all data will be removed from our servers and backups. Please ensure you have downloaded all necessary data before closing your account.

Data Request Policy

This policy explains how we handle requests for customer information from third parties, including law enforcement and government agencies.

1. Privacy Notice

Protecting customer privacy is a top priority. We do not disclose customer data unless required by Law or under specific circumstances outlined in our Privacy Notice.

2. Types of Requests

We response to valid legal requests, which may include:

  2. Autorenewal

    To avoid service interruption, many services are set to autorenew. You can manage these settings in your account dashboard.

Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance and unforeseen emergencies.

Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the registrar for the domain names you register through our services.

By registering a domain, you agree to comply with the rules and policies set forth by ICANN and the respective registry for the TLD.

1. Our Services

We act as an agent for the registrar in facilitating domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.

2. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any domain-related issues is strictly limited to the amount paid for the registration or renewal of the domain in question.

4. Fees

  1. Payment of fees

    Domain registration fees must be paid in full before the registration or renewal can be processed.

5. Required Domain Registration Information

You must provide accurate and current contact information for the domain registrant, administrative, technical, and billing contacts.

8. Registration Renewal

It is your responsibility to ensure that your domain names are renewed before they expire. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the expiration of a domain name.

Customer Hosting Agreement

This Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") governs your purchase and use of our web hosting services.

By purchasing a hosting plan, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined here, in addition to our TOS and AUP.

  1. Service Provision: We will provide you with the resources and features specified in your chosen hosting plan.

  2. Usage Restrictions: You agree to use the hosting resources in a manner that does not negatively impact our network or other customers.

Customer Digital Certificate Agreement

This Agreement governs your purchase and use of SSL/TLS digital certificates.

A digital certificate is subject to the validation procedures of the issuing Certificate Authority (CA).

Domain Name Services

We provide additional domain-related services such as privacy protection, DNS management, and domain forwarding.

Customer Web Services Agreement

This Agreement covers custom web development, optimization, and other professional services we may provide.
