Our Cancellation and refund policy shall be only considered if you have opted for a refund before 15 days from the date you have purchased. Further, you shall be only eligible for the cancellation and refund if your cancellation request falls under the below-mentioned guidelines else our company has the complete rights reserved to reject your cancellation and refund request.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed for services that have not been fully provisioned or where there is a confirmed technical failure on our part that prevents service delivery.
- All refund requests must be submitted through our official support ticket system within the first 15 days of the initial purchase date.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase process within 7-10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. However, please note that cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund if the 15-day eligibility period has passed.
Upon cancellation, your services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all data associated with the service may be permanently deleted.
- Any cancellation request must comply with our standard terms of service and acceptable use policies.
- Late cancellations or those made after the renewal date has passed are not eligible for a refund of the current billing period's charges.
Non-Refundable Products and Services
